To support our rapid growth and to expand our product portfolio, we seek a dynamic, multi-talented Product Marketing Manager to join our innovative marketing team. What to Expect as Your Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Product Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive product marketing plans for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  2. Develop Campaign Strategies: Create and execute strategies for industry-specific campaigns that drive awareness and generate leads for our software solutions to achieve strategic business and revenue objectives.
  3. Content Research & Curation: Collaborate with internal teams, including service leaders, and partners to gather and curate content that aligns with campaign goals. Utilize segmentation to ensure targeted messaging.
  4. Campaign Management & Optimization: Build and monitor nurture campaigns, analyze their performance, and adjust as needed to improve effectiveness. Provide actionable insights to drive improvements.
  5. Create and Manage Marketing Collateral: Develop brochures, presentations, case studies, and other materials to support sales and marketing efforts.
  6. Multi-Channel Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and events.
  7. Build Stakeholder Relationships: Work closely with product and business leaders and external partners to create relevant campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  8. Project Management: Manage marketing projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and aligned with broader marketing objectives.
  9. Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on the success of campaigns using Salesforce.com, Pardot, and other analytics tools. Evaluate what’s working, identify gaps, and guide data-driven adjustments.
  10. Content Creation: Interview engineers and subject matter experts to extract key insights and convert them into compelling marketing content that speaks to technical and business audiences.
You Will Be Successful in This Role If You Have:
  1. A proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies and marketing campaigns.
  2. Strong accountability for campaign performance and results.
  3. The ability to manage multiple priorities and projects while maintaining a high level of organization.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interview subject matter experts and create impactful marketing content.
  5. Experience working with various marketing platforms, including Salesforce and Pardot.
  6. A collaborative attitude and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
  7. Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and make strategic recommendations for improvement.
  8. The ability to tailor messaging and content for segmented audiences, improving engagement and lead generation.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. 3+ years of experience in marketing and product marketing, with a focus on campaign management and strategy.
  2. Experience in creating and optimizing campaigns that generate leads and build awareness.
  3. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
  4. Familiarity with email marketing platforms, such as Pardot and Salesforce.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to work with technical teams and translate complex ideas into clear marketing content.
Nice to Have:
  1. Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, or technical industries.
  2. Familiarity with Monday.com or other project management tools.
  3. Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the software or services sector.
  4. Knowledge of AI, Optimization, PLM, or Simulation services.
  5. Familiarity with Siemens Digital Industries Software or other engineering solutions.
