Interop Labs is growing, and we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for taking Axelar’s products to market; from messaging and positioning to hands-on GTM execution.

Develop compelling product messaging and positioning that highlights the value of Axelar products (ITS, Amplifier, and more).
Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine messaging and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless product adoption and customer success.
Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and translating it into actionable insights for the product team.
Track and analyze the success of marketing initiatives, refining strategies to optimize results.
5+ years of product marketing experience in technology companies, ideally within Web3, blockchain, or developer-focused products.
Proven track record of launching products and driving adoption through hands-on marketing efforts.
Experience with competitive analysis, market research, and crafting GTM strategies.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a standalone role while collaborating with a diverse, global team.
Comfortable in a startup environment where priorities shift, and speed is key.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with both technical and creative expertise.
Passion for Web3 and a strong curiosity about how blockchain can drive innovation.
