The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can navigate various aspects of product management, from designing intuitive workflows to delivering innovative solutions that drive business success. You'll work closely with our Canadian and U.S. client base to think through complex challenges and collaborate with engineers to find practical solutions.

- Leverage creativity and data-driven approaches to develop innovative solutions for both technical and user-facing problems.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data on product performance, user behavior, and market trends to guide decision-making.
User Experience Design:
- Focus on designing intuitive workflows that simplify complex processes for users, ensuring ease of use and clarity in every interaction.
- Translate user needs and product requirements into low-fidelity mock-ups that strike the right balance between flexibility for iteration and specificity for engineering clarity.
- Think through end-to-end user journeys to design seamless workflows that address pain points and deliver meaningful value.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are practical, implementable, and aligned with technical constraints.
Project Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to achieve milestones.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to align teams and maintain productivity.
Clearly Defined Specification Documents:
- Write detailed and clear specification documents to ensure engineering teams and other stakeholders understand the product vision.
- Include user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements in spec documents to provide clarity and alignment across teams.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, or Design is preferred.
- Prefer candidates with IBA or LUMS backgrounds, but other relevant backgrounds will also be considered.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, UX research, data analysis, or a related field.
- Candidates must be available to work during EST (Eastern Standard Time) hours.
- Looking for hard-working individuals willing to commit to 80-hour work weeks; be upfront about the demanding nature of the role.
- A problem-solving mindset and passion for delivering user-centric solutions.
