About the role:

In this role, you will be joining the Product Management team focused on the core experience of our users, customers, and partners. This team develops, supports, and continually improves our core software applications, portal products, partner, and customer integration services. The teams’ primary goal is to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement through continuous improvement and innovation.

As a Product Manager for Platform SDK & Mobile Solutions, you will drive the strategy and execution of our mobile/SDK platform, ensuring seamless access to critical services for partners, fleets, and owner-operators. You will balance customization needs with a unified mobile vision, enhancing customer engagement through scalable solutions.

In this role, you will assess user personas, business requirements, and market trends to develop an SDK and mobile strategy. Working closely with engineering, design, and business teams, you will prioritize features, optimize the mobile product portfolio, and identify cross-sell opportunities.

Success means streamlining redundant applications, integrating core functionalities, and defining a roadmap that evolves with acquisitions and market shifts. Your focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and innovation will drive a mobile-first approach that delivers exceptional value.

To excel, you should have experience in platform product management, building scalable technology solutions, and translating business and technical needs into clear strategies. Strong collaboration and leadership skills are essential to align teams and drive measurable outcomes. Your impact will be defined by delivering high-quality products that empower users, enhance business value, and differentiate our platform.

Location: Remote – Edmonton AB Canada

Reports to: Lead Product Manager

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Drive the vision. Be a strong collaborative leader of the vision, strategy, and innovation for your products & services as well as contributing to the broader portfolio vision.
  • Lead the product journey. Communicate a vision, strategy, roadmap, and releases aligned to business outcomes. Drive the product lifecycle from ideation, problem validation, solution discovery, and delivery.
  • Be curious. Know your market, customers, and users, collecting metrics, user feedback, market trends, and other intelligence to steer and evolve product approach.
  • Enable others. Educate stakeholders on products within your portfolio to build understanding. This includes providing support for marketing and sales initiatives that enhance product KPI’s and training the sales and customer success teams.

Additional Information:

  • Travel – 5%
  • Degree in computer science, business, or related technical field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 3 or more work experience in product management in an agile software environment.
  • Experience driving high customer satisfaction and engagement experiences combined with leading the product lifecycle, ownership, or design of software products.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience.
  • Technical skills and understanding developed through your experience managing mobile products/services.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Great people to work within an inclusive and collaborative culture.
