Product Manager/ Marketing Manager

Overview: As a Product Manager you will be responsible for helping drive a competitive advantage in the marketplace. You will develop relationships with cross-functional teams, clients, and our customers. You will utilize experience and knowledge to drive app and digital solutions product development and enhancements that benefit the customer.

What you’ll do:

  1. Drive the definition process for future products/product improvements, ensuring desirability and viability.
  2. Analyze and evaluate product performance. Use data analytics to assess impact and improve usage and experience. Inform management of areas of concern; develop and implement corrective action plans.
  3. Define new product development priorities. Work closely with R&D, regional market contacts, Audiology team, and Corporate Marketing for appropriate input.
  4. Coordinate product launch activities including product/sales training for sales personnel, customer service and customers, contributing to and approving support materials, pricing, packaging, etc., and being a champion for the mobile app and digital solutions in the product launch process.
  5. Manage documentation and project plans and provide product design input into and throughout the New Product Development process.
  6. Ensure regulatory compliance of the products, accompanying documents and all other deliverables needed for a successful market introduction.
  7. Manage product life cycle, from development to launch to product discontinuance.
  8. Give inputs for future platforms and products.
  9. Act as the global product management contact for their assigned products for subsidiaries, international sales and agents. Able to represent the product in local launch events.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the team:

  1. University degree in Marketing, Business preferred.
  2. Previous product management, sales and/or marketing experience.
  3. Self-starter, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Written and verbal communication – ability to work on project documentation.
  5. Great organizational and prioritization skills.
  6. Ability to advocate for the customer and the product.
  7. Collaborative team player with strong influencing skills.
