Commercial Insurance Product Manager – Community Associations (Remote)

Are you a strategic insurance pro with a passion for product development and tech innovation?

Join our team as we grow and evolve our Community Association Insurance Program covering HOAs, condos, and townhomes across Property, GL, Crime, D&O, and Umbrella lines.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and grow our Community Association insurance program
• Manage relationships with carriers and define underwriting guidelines
• Drive profitability and monitor program P&L
• Collaborate with IT to implement tech solutions that streamline underwriting and operations
• Develop and deliver training for underwriters and sales teams
• Stay on top of industry trends to keep our offerings competitive

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in commercial lines insurance product or program management
• Deep knowledge of Community Associations (HOAs, condos, townhomes)
• Experience with property, general liability, crime, D&O, umbrella
• Strong technical mindset – you speak both insurance and IT
• Proven track record managing underwriting, training, and profitability
• Excellent communicator, organizer, and collaborator
• Insurance designations (CPCU, ARM, etc.) a plus
