Product Manager

We’re excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as Product Manager.

As a Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to drive the entire lifecycle of innovative automation products, from concept to market launch and beyond. This is a chance to have a significant impact on product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring cutting-edge products to market.

Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap based on market research, customer needs, and industry trends.
• Collaborating closely with R&D, engineering, and design teams to develop innovative products through all stages of the product lifecycle, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
• Gathering customer feedback, analyzing market data, and using these insights to drive product improvements and decisions.
• Working with marketing and sales teams to define go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging.
• Supporting product launches with marketing materials and training programs for sales and customer support teams.
• Tracking and analyzing product performance post-launch to drive ongoing improvements and updates.
• Leading cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure alignment during product development and delivery.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the automation or technology industries.
• Proven track record in managing the full product lifecycle and launching successful products.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

Location: Kitchener, Ontario

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000
