  • Buy-Build-Partner Analysis: Drive buy-build-partner analysis to guide strategic decision-making and review potential partner relationships as necessary.
  • Create User Stories: Create high-level user stories based on product/market requirements and roadmap features.
  • Problem Resolution: Address challenges such as resource limitations or conflicting priorities by proposing solutions and collaborating with the Product Success Lead and other stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics, user feedback, and market research to inform product decisions and measure success.
  • Define User Personas: Understand the different types (personas) of users of the DUGO platform and define their unique needs, requirements, and experience.
  • Agile Execution: Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions, ensuring development teams understand product priorities and actionable tasks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to optimize workflows, improve product performance, and enhance the overall user experience.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in product management, user-centered design, technical product leadership, or related role.
  • Experience presenting ideas, concepts, and strategies to internal stakeholders and external clients.
