ChampionX is currently looking for a Product Engineer located in Calgary, Alberta. This critical role will support our cutting-edge emissions solution. This role will work directly with the Product Team to build innovative solutions that help customers achieve their methane emission reduction goals.

What You Will Do:

  1. Architect and develop solutions that power our suite of emissions monitoring products, ensuring hardware, software, and firmware systems are in sync.
  2. Collaborate with our engineering teams to ensure product ease of use.
  3. Lead technical implementation of new products.
  4. Oversee the development and execution of advanced emissions monitoring and detection solutions, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and customer requirements.
  5. Manage end-to-end product lifecycle strategies, from concept to delivery, with a focus on scalability and customer impact.
  6. Establish and monitor KPIs for product performance, customer satisfaction, and business impact, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
  7. Develop and implement project management frameworks to enhance efficiency, accountability, and timely delivery of solutions.
  8. Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation.
  9. Develop and maintain the documentation of Technical Architecture of Systems or Platforms that we build.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Strong product development expertise.
  2. Proficient in querying and managing relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
  3. Track record of shipping customer-facing products.
  4. Excellent collaboration skills.
  5. Experience with geospatial data.
  6. Knowledge of emissions monitoring systems.
  7. Background in environmental technology.
  8. Experience with cloud services.
