Job Description
Reporting to the Sourcing Supervisor, the Product Coordinator is responsible for onboarding new products and maintenance of knowledge assets throughout the lifetime of all products.
Responsibilities
- Collect and maintain with impeccable organization any and all product knowledge assets such as but not limited to: New product forms, assembly instructions, labels, swatches, and marketing materials.
- Operate with diplomacy and professionalism when communicating with overseas partners to ensure the integrity and upstanding reputation of the company.
- Create new products in Nav with the utmost attention to detail, which includes precise data entry and file management.
- Ensure all assets are verified for accuracy and ready in time for web posting.
- Continuously build on and develop product knowledge to optimize web and in-store sales.
- Work closely with Marketing and IT departments to provide concise and accurate product knowledge.
- Work hand-in-hand with the China Office team when collaborating with suppliers.
- Maintain superior product knowledge.
- Covers for the Product Claims Coordinator when absent.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Creative mindset.
- Experience in product sourcing.
- Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills.
- Works well under pressure.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be familiar with assembly benchmarks and best practices.
- Be comfortable interpreting assembly instructions and making needed corrections.
- Bilingual in French and English (speaking and writing).
