Contract Duration: 12 months

Work Type: Hybrid, 3 days a week

Job Overview:

• Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Analyst to join our team on a 12-month contract.
• As a Product Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and success of our products by collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and developers.
• You will be responsible for managing stories, ensuring business requirements are met, and overseeing the release of product increments.
• This role requires a skilled analyst with problem-solving abilities and experience in an agile environment.

Major Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and resolve stories in JIRA.
• Create, manage, and release stories related to prioritized work (production & ITE).
• Evaluate/develop business requirements.
• Monitor development to ensure standards are followed and ease of maintenance.
• The Product Analyst manages incidents and incoming enhancement requests.
• Document and execute user story acceptance tests.
• Provide user story and solution support to team members.
• Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents.
• Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders and the IT team.
• Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release.

Required Experience:

• 3-5 years experience in an IT analyst role.
• Team lead experience (1 analyst with team lead experience would be fine).

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Commerce and 4-6 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Problem-solver with strong facilitation and analytical skills who can manage multiple priorities.
• Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and perseverance.
• Confident communicator adept at facilitation and comfortable building partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Team player who embraces change and strives to improve and innovate processes.
• Eye for detail and a passion for building great products.
• Experience working in an agile environment.

• Experience with Jira.
