Job Title: Process ManagerJob Description
The Process Manager position requires a thorough understanding of all aspects of processing operations, including safety requirements, batching operations, tank room operations, quality standards, supply management, SAP, budget requirements, inventory management, critical metric requirements, and other regulatory requirements. The role involves providing direction in planning, organizing, and controlling staff to blend according to the manufacturing program. The manager will lead production operations, which include flavor/product blending, filtration, government record-keeping, shipping documentation preparation, and ingredient inventory management for the production site.
Responsibilities
- Manage and be accountable for the departmental budget, including overhead, direct, and indirect labor.
- Provide direction to a team performing processing and blending operations.
- Ensure all production is appropriately accounted for, including managing the ordering, receipt, and inventory of raw materials.
- Lead government record-keeping, alternating premise, and product trace systems.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with federal and corporate standards for the transportation of dangerous goods.
- Approve and ensure the accuracy of weekly payroll for all hourly employees.
- Adhere to budget guidelines and deliverables in a timely fashion.
- Generate innovative ideas to improve areas of responsibility and communicate these ideas to appropriate personnel.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably in Engineering).
- Minimum of five years of people management experience.
- Experience in flavor production or similar.
- Analytical and budgeting skills.
- Experience in warehousing, maturing, and/or liquid processing operations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
