We are looking for a Process Implementation Specialist to help support our growing operation. As the organization continues to expand, so does its complexity, leading to increased operational challenges. Medavie Health Services New Brunswick (MHSNB) seeks a dedicated Process Improvement Specialist to streamline operations, improve workflows, and support sustainable growth, allowing the program to serve the community more effectively. The role will be initially assigned to NB Health Link (NBHL) operations but may also be assigned to other organizational priority initiatives over time.
Role & Responsibilities: The Process Implementation Specialist shall perform tasks including, but not limited to those identified in the sub-sections below.
Identifying and Prioritizing Process Improvements
Implementing Best Practices
Balancing Short-Term and Long-Term Operational Needs
Supporting Employee Workload and Promoting Continuous Improvement
Ensuring Patient Safety and Risk Management
