Job Description

We are currently searching for a Process Engineer-in-Training in our Edmonton office. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team active on water and wastewater projects throughout Northern Alberta. You will be working on:

  1. Water supply
  2. Water and wastewater treatment
  3. Reservoirs
  4. Lift station
  5. Pumping station projects

You will participate in:

  1. Studies
  2. Process modeling and analysis
  3. Assessments
  4. Reports
  5. Hydraulic analysis
  6. Preliminary and detailed design
  7. Cost estimating
  8. Development of specifications and contract documents
  9. Tendering
  10. Construction management

Job Requirements: What you will bring:

  • Undergraduate degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited post-secondary educational institution.
  • Registered, or eligible for registration, as an Engineer-in-Training with APEGA.
  • A technical focus on water or wastewater is a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Committed team player and the ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel within Alberta.
