JOB DESCRIPTIONWood is seeking "Expression of Interest" for a Process Engineer with experience in the oil and gas industry, in New Brunswick.
In this role, you will provide technical services and support in field operations on brownfield oil and gas projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Ensuring project schedules and client approved budgets are managed.
- Preparing detailed cost, time & resource estimates based on client supplied work scopes.
- Ensure design, analysis and specifications are in accordance with applicable codes, governing statutory regulations, Wood procedures, installation specific design philosophies, and meet project objectives and industry best practice.
- Adhering to all HSEQ requirements within the process discipline in accordance with Wood procedures and management systems.
- Organizing and checking of documentation including but not limited to P&IDs, data sheets, and reports.
QUALIFICATIONS- Engineering Degree and registered as a Professional Engineer within Canada.
- Relevant work experience as a Process Engineer.
- 7+ years of experience in oil and gas industry.
- Ability to take ownership of an assignment or task.
- Strong sense of pride in their work.
- Conversant with relevant standards, specifications, rules, and regulations.
- Proven team player with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Able to engage directly and positively with customers and build customer relationships.
- Must be lawfully eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship from Wood.
