Job Description

The Process Automation Engineer designs, develops, and implements robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to streamline and optimize business processes. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in RPA software, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.

Your Job Duties & Responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying automation opportunities within the business to improve efficiency.
  • Understanding company and customer challenges and how integrating AI capabilities (RPAs, Chatbots, Voicebots, Text Analytics, etc.) can help create solutions.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key areas of the business where AI solutions can drive significant business benefit.
  • Tracking, designing, developing, and implementing RPA systems and measuring their effectiveness.
  • Creating applicable process documentation.
  • Assuring the quality of the automation.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Engineering.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in automation solution development.
  • Proven experience with ML, deep learning, Alteryx, Automation Anywhere, Python, Power Platform, NLP, SAP, Cognigy, etc.
  • Experience with Agile Methodology.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior HVAC or related industry experience is a plus.
  • MS-Office and SAP experience.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different project requirements and environments.
  • Good social, team, and communication skills.
  • Good ability to manage business relationships with internal customers and external suppliers.
  • Pro-active and structured working style and ability to work under pressure.
