This is an opportunity for an experienced and client-focused mechanical building services expert to join the team at their London office. This key role will work alongside directors and partners, ensuring the successful delivery whilst working with clients, architects and other stakeholders for some of the most exciting new school building projects in the UK and worldwide.
Principal Mechanical Engineer - Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will take a key role in delivering education projects in the south of England with a typical project value between £10m and £80m. You will work closely with colleagues of various disciplines from pre-bid through to design phases to completion and post-handover. This is an opportunity to develop project management and project financial skills to complement your engineering skills. This role should be viewed as a steppingstone to the next level and to be part of the leadership in this sector in the south.
You will develop new and nurture existing outstanding client relationships that maximise satisfaction and ensure repeat business and will use your wealth of expertise and leadership skills to manage, motivate and inspire less experienced engineers.
