A Principal Concept Artist is a key role on the Atomhawk Canada team, working closely with Lead artists and showcasing mentorship skills by supporting Senior and Intermediate team members. In this role, you will consistently deliver high-quality work on AAA projects and contribute to the studio's creative culture.

6. Have an expert understanding of art fundamentals, visual design principles, and the AAA landscape Atomhawk operates in.

1. Experience in AAA concept and visual development, or a portfolio demonstrating your ability to work to those standards.
2. Efficient workflows utilizing both 2D & 3D tools to maximize quality and meet deadlines.
3. A proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
4. Experience working directly with clients and Art Directors in AAA concept art creation.
5. Success in mentoring and helping other artists succeed.
6. A curious mind open to learning and improving.
7. A team player who enjoys creative collaboration.

1. An educational background in design/art that supports your work.
2. Experience/skill in designing and producing art outside of characters or environments, e.g., props, weapons, vehicles.
3. Experience in producing art using game engine technology, e.g., Unreal Engine 5.
