We are looking for an energetic and motivated Security Site Supervisor for a site in Terrace. This is a wonderful opportunity for a supervisor who is looking for the next step in their career.

The day-to-day

• Managing Access requests and ensuring the Standard operating procedures are being adhered to.
• Ensuring guards are properly trained, qualified, and uniformed.
• Oversee operational functions to enforce site policies, enhance team performance, and achieve departmental goals.
• Coordinate training programs and onboarding processes for new employees.
• Monitor employee performance to identify areas for improvement and development.
• Foster employee engagement to create a positive and productive work environment.

Here's what you need:

• Valid BC Security Worker License.
• 2 years of security experience in a Site Supervisor or in a site lead capacity.
• Demonstrated experience supervising, coaching, and mentoring a team.
• Strong communicator who leads with empathy and a listening mindset.
• Post-secondary education in law enforcement or security is an asset.
• Intermediate Computer Skills.
• Full-time availability with flexibility.
