Springs Window Fashions is hiring for a Pricing Manager based in our Middleton, WI Corporate Headquarters.

This is an onsite role, remote is not an option.

Job Summary

The Pricing Manager will lead a team responsible for the programming and deployment of grid pricing structures, trade discounts, and promotions across multiple business units that manufacture and sell custom-made window treatments. This position will partner with Sales Leadership, Product Management, Finance, and IT to implement pricing initiatives while ensuring system accuracy and efficiency.

The role provides business-critical support through robust analysis, streamlined administration, and continuous improvement of pricing tools and processes in a complex environment. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to driving operational excellence in pricing execution to drive revenue and improve margins.

Key Responsibilities

Price & Promotion Maintenance

  1. Scope and create pricing structures for new customer and product distribution based on guidelines and strategic input from Product, Sales, and IT (Modeling).
  2. Adjust and adapt existing pricing structures to reflect changes driven by product lifecycle planning and dynamic requirements across multiple pricing environments.
  3. Oversee scoping and implementation of discount and promotional pricing structures.
  4. Investigate and resolve price discrepancies between systems and address customer-reported pricing issues to ensure accuracy, consistency, and profitability.
  5. Document price and promotion maintenance processes for each pricing system, including unique differences and checklists; disseminate best practices across team.
  6. Establish and maintain central repositories that document pricing project approvals, scope, critical assumptions, and unit testing for launch readiness.

Data & Process Improvement

  1. Develop and maintain pricing-related data structures, hierarchies, and master data across systems that improve price maintenance efficiency and analytical capabilities for Springs Brands, Customers, and Product configurations.
  2. Implement process and system improvements to allow for quicker deployment of price changes, increased accuracy, and reduced administrative burden.
  3. Simplify complex discount and promotional pricing structures to drive more consistent and reliable models within each business unit.
  4. Lead team to design and implement proper mechanisms to prevent, validate, and / or monitor data integrity and price accuracy across systems.
  5. Identify opportunities to automate workflows for approval and testing.

Team Leadership

  1. Lead a team of associates responsible for pricing and promotion administration across multiple business units and ERP platforms.
  2. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Product Management, and IT to align pricing execution with business objectives.
  3. Ensure clear communication of pricing system updates and policy changes across departments.
  4. Define team goals, prioritize workloads, and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
  5. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement that prioritizes first-time price accuracy, customer experience, and profitability.

Pricing Strategy & Analysis

  1. Support Product, Sales, and Marketing teams by providing data-driven insights to facilitate pricing decisions and market positioning.
  2. Work cross-functionally to develop more robust analytical capability and reporting for internal brand pricing and external competitive price positions.
  3. Assist leadership to develop a roadmap for future strategic pricing capabilities (tools, systems, data) that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
  4. Assist in the forecasting and annual budgeting of Springs pricing initiatives.

Requirements

Experience and Education

Requires Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; MBA preferred and some combination of the following:

  1. 5+ years of experience in pricing, data management, or financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or highly configurable product environment.
  2. Proficiency in pricing systems, ERP platforms, and data analytics (SQL required).
  3. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  4. Experience implementing process improvements and leveraging technology to enhance pricing operations.
  5. Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
