Position Overview
The President and Co-Founder will oversee the firms strategic direction, develop its market presence, and solidify its position as a trusted leader in investment banking. You will spearhead the development of innovative financial strategies, guide high-profile financial advisory projects, and lead the firms strategic evolution while ensuring excellence in transaction execution and regulatory compliance. This position demands a visionary leader with proven expertise in complex financial transactions, including reverse takeovers (RTOs), valuations, and go-public strategies.

In addition to driving the firms strategic goals, you will be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing team, managing key client relationships, and expanding the firms reputation in the investment banking community. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the firms strategic vision to strengthen its position as a leader in investment banking.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and market stakeholders.
• Financial Transactions: Lead the execution of reverse takeovers, valuations, and go-public strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and market opportunities.
• Regulatory Compliance: Oversee adherence to Canadian securities laws, TSX Venture Exchange requirements, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide senior professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration within the firm.
• Market Positioning: Represent the firm at industry events, fostering partnerships and elevating its reputation within the investment banking community.

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in investment banking or financial advisory.
• Demonstrated expertise in RTOs, valuations, and go-public processes.
• In-depth understanding of Canadian securities regulations and compliance standards.
• CFA designation or equivalent professional credentials preferred.

Compensation Structure

• Deferred Compensation: Competitive salary deferred over the first 12 months, contingent on achieving key growth milestones.

Investment Requirement

• Minimum Personal Investment: $50,000, which entitles you to enhanced equity ownership and profit-sharing aligned with the firms success.
