Supervisory Responsibilities:

Education and/or Experience:
1-2 years metal stamping press and die setting experience. Results-oriented team player, excellent attendance, high energy level and good attention to detail. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely. Ability to use gauges, tooling and other equipment used in die setting. Ability to perform heavy manual labor such as bolting dies into the presses. Understanding of fundamental operation of press equipment and tooling. Must be able to work required hours. High School Diploma (grade 12 or equivalent) required. Accountable for work performed. Capable of lifting 50 pounds and able to handle all preform tooling. Must meet all preform training requirements and be able to operate preform machine and make adjustments with minimum support. Able to work overtime or off-shift as required. Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels within the organization. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have technical math skills and possess a good mechanical aptitude. Ability to effectively communicate in written and oral English. Demonstrated ability to work well with others.
