Practice Nurse GPP

An exciting vacancy has arisen for a Practice Nurse to join our multi-disciplinary team at Valleyfield Medical Practice. The role is focussed predominantly on Chronic Disease Management, so previous GP Practice experience of this is essential.

This is a full-time/part-time salaried position or long-term locum available.
