What You Will Do:
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert within the specific area of practice, offering guidance to team members and stakeholders.
- Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and methodologies within the practice area and ensure their integration into day-to-day operations.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, supporting professional development and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop, implement, and monitor standards, protocols, and workflows to ensure consistency and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with the manager to develop and refine strategic objectives for the practice area.
- Conduct regular assessments of practices, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutions.
- Act as a liaison between team members, departments, and external partners to promote collaboration and alignment of goals.
- Lead or participate in meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance the capacity of the team.
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members in both role-specific and organization-wide competencies.
- Execute the core duties and responsibilities of the specific role for which the Practice Lead is assigned (e.g., Employment Consultant, Job Developer, Career Success Coach, etc.).
- Maintain a reduced yet impactful caseload to ensure continued direct engagement and expertise in the field. Perform all duties associated with the core role (see Job Description for core role).
- Ensure accurate collection, analysis, and reporting of data related to the practice area.
- Use data insights to inform recommendations and demonstrate impact.
- Contribute to the development of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to pilot new approaches, tools, and initiatives within the practice area.
- Advocate for resources, training, and support to enhance the effectiveness of the practice team.
- Represent the organization in external forums, committees, and events relevant to the practice area.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Project Management, Social Services, or other field related to core role.
- High level of expertise and experience in the specific core role or practice area.
- Demonstrated initiative in supporting peers with coaching, training, and resources.
- Strong knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
