PPC & Social Media Specialist

Get excited about digital advertising? Let's chat! We're looking for an experienced Google Paid Media Specialist who'd be ready to take our existing and new customers to new heights. We're all about using data and creativity to increase conversions, decrease CPA, and increase ROI for our customers.

Experience required for:

1. Google Search Ads
2. Google Shopping Ads
3. Google Performance Max
4. Meta Ads (an asset)
5. Tik Tok Ads (an asset)
6. Amazon Ads (optional)
7. YouTube Ads (optional)

What a typical day will look like:

1. Campaign strategies with a focus on ROAS and/or CPL.
2. Campaign builds.
3. Campaign optimization and adjustments aimed at increasing ROAS and lowering CPA/CPL.
4. Client reporting (internal & external).
5. Creative testing planning (brainstorming, narrative planning, competitor scoping, etc.).
6. Working with our design and dev team to optimize the user journey post-click (i.e., landing page strategies).
7. Keyword research & projections for new customers.
8. Client communication.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

1. 3 Years Experience in digital advertising (Google Ads at a minimum).
2. Experience with managing a monthly advertising budget of at least $100k combined across all clients.
3. Experience utilizing GTM (Google Tag Manager) to implement and manage tracking codes, ensuring accurate data collection for analytics and optimization.
4. Ability to set up lead, e-commerce, and call tracking in various online environments and web properties.
5. Configure conversion tracking, event tracking, and custom metrics tailored to campaign objectives.
6. Ability to guide and collaborate on the creation of compelling ad visuals and copy that resonate with various target demographics.
7. Experience in overseeing creative testing and iteration to ensure content effectiveness and adherence to brand standards.
8. Experience using tools like GA4 and other data analysis software.
9. Ability to properly interpret data and give data-backed recommendations.
10. Ability to make data-driven decisions that significantly impact marketing strategies and business outcomes.
11. Experience in managing product feeds, crucial for running efficient Google Shopping campaigns and dynamic product ads on social media platforms.
12. Ability to optimize and troubleshoot product feeds to ensure high-quality data and compatibility with ad platforms.
13. Excellent customer communication skills in English.
14. Excellent customer communication skills in French (an asset).
15. Bachelor's Degree (an asset).
