Position Summary: The Newman lab studies how signaling metabolites influence aging and applies these insights to clinical problems. We seek a motivated, creative scientist to work on projects ranging from biochemistry to translational applications in a vibrant and supportive research atmosphere guided by a physician-scientist mentor. This is a 100% onsite position.

This role focuses on studying aging mechanisms using biospecimens from clinical trials and cohorts. Projects include:

A strong lab background is required, though training in additional skills will be provided to support a career in translational research. This work is highly collaborative with other labs, core facilities, and clinical research teams.
