We are looking for a highly motivated and flexible Administrative Assistant to support our local Podiatry team within Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust. You will join one of the largest and forward-thinking Podiatry teams in the country. You will be providing support to the local podiatry team to ensure service provisions within the team are run effectively and efficiently by undertaking clinical administrative tasks, such as liaising with patients to arrange home visits, photocopying, maintaining stock levels of clinical supplies, and completion of standard forms, surveys, audits, and data entry. You must be proficient with all Microsoft packages, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and have the ability to use databases and handle telephone queries. The successful candidate would need to demonstrate good communication skills, be organised, and able to work on their own initiative.
