What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading and mentoring our plumbing sales team to achieve (and crush) monthly and annual sales goals
Developing winning strategies that boost revenue and enhance customer satisfaction
Collaborating closely with technicians, dispatch, and management to ensure smooth operations and outstanding service
Monitoring KPIs and using data to make smart, growth-driven decisions
Training new team members and keeping everyone sharp with ongoing development
Representing the Pilot Plumbing brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in plumbing sales or home services sales management — this is not a generic sales role
Leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
Strong understanding of plumbing systems, products, and the customer journey
Great communicator with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others grow
Tech-savvy with CRM and sales tools
A strong work ethic, high energy, and a drive to succeed
