Amentum has an exciting opportunity for a full-time position in the role of Plumber/Gasfitter to join their team at the Alice Springs Office.
The Plumber/Gasfitter reports to the Maintenance Supervisor with day-to-day activities overseen by the Senior Maintenance Officer. You will perform maintenance, repair, and renovation work in residential properties in the town of Alice Springs. This includes water and wastewater systems, drains, waste and vent piping, underground water and wastewater piping, backflow devices, and LPG and Natural Gas systems. Occasional overtime and callouts may be required.

EXPERIENCE – Minimum Essential
At least 2 years’ experience as a trade qualified plumber.
WORK ENVIRONMENT, PHYSICAL DEMANDS, AND MENTAL DEMANDS
Alice Springs climate ranges from cold winters to hot summers. Plumbing tasks include digging, trenching, working on roofs, and in roof cavities in these conditions.
