With a focus on cloud-native architecture and innovation, they are expanding their Canadian team and are hiring a Platform Solution Architect (AWS).

As a Platform Solution Architect, you will lead Agile teams in the design and delivery of secure, scalable, cloud-based infrastructure solutions. You will collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs, shape technical direction, and architect robust, cloud-native platforms on AWS. You will play a key role in delivery success, while mentoring team members and contributing to a culture of innovation, excellence, and shared growth.

This is a hybrid position based out of Halifax, NS.

How you will make an impact:

• Architect modern cloud platforms. You will lead the design and development of cloud-native platforms using AWS services and DevOps practices. You will ensure security, performance, and resilience are embedded in the platform design from day one.
• Lead Agile teams. You will provide technical direction and hands-on leadership across delivery teams, helping translate business needs into robust, scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Promote continuous learning and innovation. You will champion modern engineering practices, coach others in cloud and DevOps tools, and stay current on emerging technologies to inform strategy and delivery.

What You Bring:

• Technical expertise. You have experience designing and delivering modern platform solutions on AWS, with knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, containerization, CI/CD, automation, and security best practices. Exposure to Azure is a bonus.
• Leadership and communication. You can clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You have partnered with customer architects and influenced platform strategy and design.
• Team development. You’ve led engineers or architects, helping them grow their skills and careers through coaching, mentorship, and ongoing feedback.
• A consulting mindset. You understand the delivery lifecycle, can manage risk, and balance business needs with technical complexity. You identify opportunities for improvement and build relationships to drive success across projects.
