Plant/Heavy Equipment Operator Aberfoyle (night shift)

Job Duties:

1. Perform pre-operational inspections of equipment
2. Operate skid steers, crushers etc. in a safe manner
3. Communicate any concerns to supervisor or foreman
4. Participate in the overall maintenance, upkeep, and safety of the yard

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Safety conscious and knowledgeable about health and safety practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate heavy equipment
• Previous completion of the applicable MCTU training is an asset
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
• Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts (6pm-6am)
• Access to reliable transportation (site is not accessible by public transit)
