POSITION OVERVIEW
The Planning Director, Health, is responsible for serving as strategic lead on multiple small accounts and strategic support on larger, integrated accounts. You will be responsible for leading smaller new business opportunities, with a high degree of autonomy. Additionally, you are responsible for understanding our clients’ specific markets, competition, and target audience insights, translating those insights into actionable brand strategy. You will be responsible for a team of Planners and Senior Planners. You will ensure the Planning team works in a continuous effort to develop strategic skill sets to uncover the most compelling insights in which to differentiate a brand in a compelling perspective, constantly pushing to make Famously Effective work.
