Who We Are
Executive Council Office (ECO) is a central agency department of government that provides secretariat and administrative services to the Executive Council, the Policy and Priorities Committee, as well as Cabinet and Cabinet committees of government. ECO also helps line departments in the preparation of legislative, policy and program proposals and planning and reporting of all government priorities. ECO is responsible for monitoring the ongoing progress in achieving government objectives.

The Corporate Strategic Planning and Accountability unit works directly with senior teams across GNB to align departmental strategic plans with government priorities and commitments. The unit is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring the accountability process to achieve priority outcomes and the management of government commitments. The unit leads and coordinates the annual report process for all Part 1 departments.
What You Will Do
The Planning Coordinator will work within the Corporate Strategic Planning and Accountability unit to support the development and execution of GNB priority management model. This role supports the alignment, execution and reporting of outcomes, performance measures and priorities in preparation for mandate letters, Deputy Minister agreements and recurring accountability meetings with senior leaders. The Planning Coordinator is also responsible for various administrative tasks for the team.

Salary
Pay Band 3 - $51,662.00 to $72,176.00 per annum
Candidates on the eligibility list may be considered for future vacancies.
