We offer our Physiotherapists:

• 5 assessments per week guaranteed to build your caseload quickly
• Structured clinical mentorship
• Regular support in building and maintaining your caseload
• Full administrative support so you can focus on patient care
• 1:1 treatment, 60 min assessments, 30 minute treatments. Non double booked appointments
• Compensation range $85,000 – $120,000. Let us show you how!
• $1000 Education allowance
• Remote access to charting
• Monthly group in-services
• Opportunities to learn from and share skills with your colleagues
• Opportunity to work with our in-house Sports Medicine Physicians, Physiatrist and Orthopaedic Surgeon

• Diversify your clinical work and get involved in the business side of things
• Become a Clinic Lead down the road

Our structured MENTORSHIP program:

Whether you’re a seasoned clinician or new grad, we’ll help you plan your certification and (new) programs to sharpen or develop new skills to add to your clinical tool-kit. Our structured mentorship program will allow you to learn from clinicians with advanced training (FCAMPT, pelvic health, concussion, sports medicine, bracing, MF release, osteopathic manual therapy).
