AS A PHLEBOTOMIST/SECRETARY, you’ll be responsible for the collection of blood specimens from patients and for performing general administrative duties. Other duties will include registration of drop off orders and specimens, ordering laboratory tests, scanning orders, ABN's, verifying billing, and other laboratory functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior medical/healthcare experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required, or must obtain certification within 2 years of being hired into position.
• Previous phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including shift, weekends, holidays, etc.
• Have basic computer skills.
• A commitment to customer service.
• Ability to pass PA Child Abuse History Clearance and Criminal Background Check.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of position.
