37.5 hours, due to the nature of the position, additional hours may be required.
This is a temporary full-time assignment up to approximately twelve (12) months.
Sinai Health is looking for an experienced Pharmacist to support our Pharmacy Department at our Mount Sinai Hospital Campus.
The Pharmacist is actively involved with inter-professional teams that strive to provide exemplary care to patient population. Standard pharmacotherapeutic services include medication reconciliation, drug therapy monitoring, patient education, drug information, participation on clinical rounds, order entry and drug distribution. In addition, the successful candidate will also contribute to peer, pharmacy undergraduate, interdisciplinary and pharmacy residency teaching/training and be an active participant in relevant inter-professional hospital committees and quality improvement research.
