Anesthesiologist Assistant, St. Joseph's Hospital South- Flexible Schedule

Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst Financial Level 3 in New Brunswick, Canada.

Work Mode : Hybrid (Combination of Remote and On-site in New Brunswick)

Project Duration : 12 months (with potential for 2 one-year extensions)

Start Date : March 10, 2025

Mandatory Requirements :

• 3 years of demonstrated Meditech financial suite experience including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Billing and Accounts Receivable, and Materials management.
• 5 years of demonstrated financial system support experience with a focus on Canadian health information systems, standards, technology, and/or software.
• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst responsible for requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, use case analysis, business process analysis, detailed design activities, and developing business analysis documentation.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience leading and producing business analysis documentation (E.g., business requirements, patient journeys, functional specifications, process diagrams, requirements traceability, SOPs, test plans and test cases).
• Previous experience working within New Brunswick's technology or healthcare environments showcasing a strong understanding of the local landscape, policies, and practices.
• Demonstrated experience with integration of financial and clinical information systems.

Additional Information :

• The work location is a hybrid model, combining remote and on-site work in New Brunswick.
• Travel within the province is expected, and pre-approved expenses will be reimbursed.
• Remote contractors may need to visit the SNB office 1-3 times per year at their own expense.
• SNB will provide necessary technology devices.
• Overtime or weekend work may be required, subject to prior approval.
• Compliance with SNB health and safety policies is mandatory.
