Responsibilities:
Create and deliver personalized fitness programs based on client goals, ensuring progress tracking, follow-up, and ongoing support.
Conduct CrunchOne Kickoff sessions, guiding members through goal setting, nutritional counseling, equipment use, and exercise form.
Inform members about all available fitness tools and programs to optimize goal achievement.
Demonstrate safe and effective exercise techniques to clients and facility members.
Support member service activities, including fitness seminars, boot camps, and body fat assessments.
Efficiently schedule personal training sessions, appointments, and administrative tasks using company systems.
Meet or exceed company expectations for session service targets, Personal Training revenue, and overall club success.
Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized facility by re-racking weights, organizing work areas, and assisting with cleaning checklists.
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with direct reports to review performance, provide motivation, and guide towards individual and company goals.
