Type of employment: Casual/Part Time

Locations: Warkworth, Peterborough, Port Hope

Rate of Pay: $23/hr (Sal) – $25/hr (Independent Contractor)

Requirements

1. Valid Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate through a recognized college or training facility in Canada.
2. Minimum of 6-9 months of experience in a long-term care facility or 12 months in a hospital environment.
3. Vulnerable Sector Check and 2-step TB or Chest X-ray completed within the last 6 months.
4. Immunization records for MMR, Varicella, tDap are mandatory; Hepatitis B immunization is an asset.
5. COVID-19 passport displaying at least 3 doses of the vaccine with a QR code is necessary.
6. Valid First Aid and CPR certification, BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
