Job Responsibilities

  1. Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of personal lines brokers to achieve individual and collective performance goals.
  2. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development opportunities for team members.
  3. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages continuous improvement and innovation.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers to stay updated on product offerings and changes in the market.
  5. Oversee day-to-day operations of the personal lines department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  6. Monitor and manage departmental performance metrics to meet and exceed service standards and business objectives.
  7. Implement best practices and processes to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

THE REQUIREMENTS

  1. Valid Level 2 license in Manitoba
  2. Proven experience in a managerial role within the insurance industry, with a strong track record of team leadership and client management.
  3. In-depth knowledge of personal lines insurance products and market trends.
  4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to analyze complex information and provide clear, actionable recommendations.

COMPENSATION

  1. 80,000 – $90,000 salary plus commission on new business and renewals
