The Role

As a Personal Lines Insurance Broker at Campbell & Haliburton Insurance, you will play a key role in servicing and growing our client base. You will work closely with clients to assess their insurance needs, provide expert recommendations, and maintain strong relationships through superior customer service.

Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role has a General Insurance License Level 1 and 1-2 years of experience in personal lines insurance. Experience as a Motor License Issuer is preferred. Candidates should have strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to manage multiple processes efficiently, and a passion for working with the public in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused professional with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. The successful candidate will demonstrate adaptability, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and a commitment to providing excellent client service. A proactive approach to learning and a desire to grow within the insurance industry are essential for success in this role.

Salary: Base salary range of $45,000 - $75,000 with total compensation potential of up to $100,000+, based on experience and commissions earned.

Typical weekly hours: Full-time position.

Availability: Must be available to work standard business hours.
