Personal Lines Associate

Are you an insurance professional with a passion for customer service? We are seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Associate to join our client's team, focusing on VIP personal lines. You’ll play a key role in supporting the lead broker and maintaining strong relationships with clients, many of whom they have worked with for 20 years. This fully remote role is open to candidates across British Columbia, provided you hold a BC Level 1 Insurance license.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service, offering personalized support to our VIP personal lines clients.
2. Assist clients with policy endorsements, renewals, and adjustments, ensuring timely and accurate service.
3. Handle all aspects of the insurance process, from initial inquiries to claims support.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and regulations to provide informed advice.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships, particularly with senior clients who value long-term, attentive service.

Requirements:

1. Level 1 General Insurance License in British Columbia.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on personal lines.
3. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to offer personalized attention to senior clients.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Proficiency in using insurance software systems (experience with EPIC is an asset).
