The Opportunity!

The Personal Insurance Associate assists the Account Executive & Personal Insurance Advisor with the administrative client work including preparation of information to be submitted to the Marketing Department and/or the Prospect/Client, certificate preparation, renewal preparation, and fielding client queries by email and phone.

• Full-Time career working out of our Drayton Valley Location.

What you will bring to the role –

• Level 1 General Insurance License or interest in obtaining is required. A Level 2 General Insurance License is strongly preferred.
• Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment.
• Pro-active and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
• Works well in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems.
