We are seeking a proactive and highly organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Remote Personal Assistant.
Job Overview:
As a Personal Assistant at Korman Communities, you will be responsible for supporting the leadership team in day-to-day administrative tasks, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various personal tasks as needed. This role is remote and offers flexible hours, making it ideal for individuals who excel at multitasking, problem-solving, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the daily schedule and appointments of the executive team.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate meetings and handle logistics for virtual and in-person events.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed for various projects.
- Assist with personal tasks such as shopping, errands, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure data is organized and accessible.
- Other administrative and support tasks as required by the leadership team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- High attention to detail and ability to anticipate the needs of the team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Comfortable with remote work and proficient in virtual communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Hours & Compensation:
- Part-time, flexible hours.
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
