Independently consult with Human Resources (HR) functional owners and users to analyze business requirements, process needs, and how business systems can support these needs.
Utilize advanced business process and analysis expertise to define HR system scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals and system requirements.
Direct, analyze, and prepare specifications for systems; recommend and implement procedural changes as needed.
Design system solutions to meet organizational needs, improve business operation efficiencies, and address critical functional requirements.
Perform complex analyses of system integration issues and develop/update interface specifications and requirements between business systems and third-party systems.
Organize and conduct quality assurance activities necessary to ensure solution design and implementation adhere to specifications and requirements.
Project Leadership and Technical Guidance:
Assist with project management activities on complex projects, supporting cross-functional teams to address complex business or systems issues.
Provide technical consultation on complex projects, offering expertise on the business implications of various systems and coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
Oversee the planning and execution of unit integration and acceptance testing, developing testing plans and scenarios to ensure solution alignment with organizational needs.
Ensure that data privacy and security considerations are integrated into the solution design and implementation processes.
