As a People Operations Strategist, you’ll work with growth-minded companies that care deeply about their people. As an HR consultant, you’ll partner with founders, CEOs, and senior leaders of small and medium-sized businesses, with limited in-house HR expertise, to help them take their companies to the next level! You’ll work on challenging projects that require a high level of strategy and support the day-to-day and the basics, like creating policies and employee handbooks. You’ll have a significant influence on building people and culture best practices for a variety of organizations, predominantly in the Tech, Agency, Not-For-Profit, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Professional Services industries.
This role is part-time, as an independent contractor, with the opportunity to move in-house later in the year.
Our ideal candidate is a seasoned HR Generalist with in-depth experience in HR operations, employee engagement, change management, performance management, employee relations, and labour law. You love to build out people and culture programs and deliver exceptional results. You’re an expert in HR best practices, compliance, employee relations, and HR technology implementation.
