As the Manager, Workforce Engineering, you will support the team responsible for creating and optimizing schedules in order to maximize profitable sales and control labour wastage. THE ROLEAs the Manager, Workforce Engineering, you will lead the team to:
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
- Optimize labour spending and productivity.
- Gather, analyze, process, and optimize scheduling inputs.
- Support decision making with curated insights.
THE QUALIFICATIONSThe Manager, Workforce Engineering has:
- Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Python, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
THE COMPENSATIONThe typical hiring range for this position is $115,000 -$150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for a bonus.
