If you’re interested in part-time hours or more flexible work arrangements, we’re open to that. Let’s talk about what works for you.

  6. Love seeing people celebrated—especially when you’re organizing our Long-Term Service Awards (gifts, posters, bios, banquets—yes, there will be a co-op cake).
  7. Can zhuzh up leadership development materials and eLearning modules like a pro.

You Bring
  1. A diploma or degree (but honestly, skills and flexibility matter more to us).
  2. Experience with administration or learning management systems (bonus points if both).
  3. Eagle-eyed attention to detail.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication chops.
  5. A sense of discretion and professionalism (you’ll be dealing with confidential info).
  6. Computer confidence and the curiosity to learn new tech.
  7. A willingness to travel to Co-op locations in Central Alberta.
  8. Excellent time management skills and an ability to pivot when needed.
  9. A great sense of humour. Seriously. We laugh a lot.

Your Future Team
  1. Tech Savvy – You embrace digital tools and aren’t afraid to try new platforms.
