The opportunity
We are seeking a Manager for our PAS practice. You will bring diverse perspectives to every challenge while working in multidisciplinary teams. We are uniquely positioned to advise government and public sector leaders in the face of increasing disruptions and an ever-changing business landscape.
Your key responsibilities
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex change concepts. Lead client engagement teams and work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services. Develop and manage project budgets.
- Deliver quality services by establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve high-quality deliverables. Monitor progress, manage risk, and keep key stakeholders informed.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management, focusing on deliverables and client business priorities.
- Provide constructive on-the-job feedback/training to develop people and foster an innovative work environment.
- Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge and keep up-to-date with current developments in advisory services.
- Generate new business opportunities by understanding EY and its service lines, and developing long-term client relationships.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 30%.

To qualify for the role you must have
- A bachelor's degree and approximately 5-8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 4-6 years of related work experience.
- A degree and/or master's degree with an emphasis in business, human resources, or psychology.
- Approximately 4+ years of experience in providing advisory services in areas such as change management, stakeholder management, and organizational design.
- Experience in selling and delivering projects that cover the full life-cycle of assessment, design, and implementation support.
- Demonstrated record in driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects.
