Our Fortune 100 Fintech client is hiring a Payroll Coordinator! This role performs a wide variety of payroll activities, that may include pulling reports, performing data entry into payroll software, reviewing data, correcting errors in payroll system, and auditing of payroll. Performers in this role are expected to work closely with internal teams to resolve any issues with a key focus on associate experience. Responsibilities:
- Perform daily tasks related to payroll (new hires, terminations, tax information, DD info, sign on bonuses, paying out vacation).
- Ability to format files to be interfaced into Payroll System.
- Reviews payroll system output for errors and makes necessary corrections in the system.
- Assists other HR Partners as required, to resolve errors and maintain or update accurate information in the payroll system.
- Performs a variety of regularly scheduled and ad-hoc audits of the payroll data to maintain compliance with established standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Regular attendance is required to be successful in this role and overtime may be required as business needs dictate.
- Basic understanding of the gross to net calculation inclusive of OT calculations.
- Familiarity with pay and benefit programs.
Qualifications/ Experience:
- High School Diploma required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 1+ year of payroll experience
- At least 1+ year of SAP Global View payroll system experience preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in Google Suite
- At least 1 year of experience with Workday HR System preferred
- At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce or other case management systems
